Almost a year after closing the staircase to Cascade Falls and adjacent properties (101, 103 and 105 Cascade Street) the Village of Osceola, in collaboration with LME Enterprises, LLC, has taken action to remedy the situation impacting the public’s access to Cascade Falls. 

According to a press release, “On Nov. 9, 2022, the Village Board approved a contractual agreement to take ownership of the properties at 101, 103, and 105 North Cascade Street (formerly known as The Milk House). In addition to taking ownership of the properties, the Village will also accept a cash payment from LME Enterprises in the amount of $126,649.00.
