Osceola resident Trish Carlson provided an eight-page report to Town Supervisors during public comment at the Town of Osceola board of supervisors October meeting. The case report Carlson shared was written by Deputy Ryan Jordan of the Polk County Sheriff’s Office. Deputy Jordan’s report describes that he investigated Carlson’s concerns and referred the report to Polk County Assistant district attorney, Holly Wood Webster.

In response to the concerns raised by Carlson at the October meeting, the Osceola Sun contacted Polk County’s Assistant District Attorney, Holly Wood Webster. Officials at Polk County Attorney’s office decided the allegations raised by a resident of Osceola did not have enough information. According to Wood Webster, “At this time, there is not enough information to pursue any action.”
