Regarding the upcoming referendum on whether to exceed the revenue cap for the next four years, for a total of over $7 million.

Over $7 million over the revenue cap?

This begs the question of what exactly do we need all this money for and what has our budget looked like over the past few years? Does our budget process not include planning for future needs on a yearly basis? How much revenue do we expect to receive from the state or other sources?

So much money and so many questions, I would like to see an article addressing these questions before the April 2 election so we all can make an informed judgment on this issue. It would also be helpful for those who did not hear about or not able to attend meetings that were held on this subject.
