There were two food drives in early October that brought in over 1,800 lbs. of food.  Trollhaugen had their food drive during their ski swap. If people brought in a number of food items, they received a free lift pass. They collected over 1,000 lbs.  of food. Trollhaugen has organized this food drive for many years.

The other food drive was done by the Tinney, Ward, Boileau, Marincel, Schueller, Maki, and Byker families. They went through their own neighbors which were Eagle Ridge, Lotus Lake Estates, Cottage Dr., Gateway Meadows, and Buck Ridge. This is the second food drive for this group and this year adding two new communities and families, exceeded last year’s collection with over 800 lbs of food.

Thank you to all who donated during these food drives. Through your generous donations we will be able to help our neighbors in need.
