Nancy Jean Yetter of Forest Lake, Minn., and formerly of Dresser, died March 4, 2019, at Regions Hospital in St. Paul, Minn. She was 49.

Nancy was born March 16, 1969, in Amery to Ellsworth and Arlene Johnson. She was a 1987 graduate of Amery High School and graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire.

Nancy was united in marriage to Lewane “Chuck” Yetter on Oct. 19, 1991, in Deronda. She was a homemaker and homeschooled their five children. Nancy had been employed for the last 10 years at the St. Croix Regional Medical Center.

Nancy and Chuck moved their family from Dresser to Forest Lake in 2017. She was a longtime member of Alliance Church of the Valley in St. Croix Falls. Nancy enjoyed quilting, knitting, crocheting, baking, and reading. She volunteered at the hospital providing crocheted animals for children.

Nancy was preceded in death by her grandparents.

She is survived by her husband of 27 years, Chuck Yetter; two daughters, Jessie (Andrew) Hegge and Cheryl (Daniel) Mansur; three sons, Josiah, Daniel, and Christopher Yetter; grandson, Melchizedek Hegge; parents, Ellsworth and Arlene Johnson; sister, Barb (Garry) Roth; two brothers, Gerald Walker and Brian (Tanya) Johnson; also aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral Services wereMarch 9 at Alliance Church of the Valley in St. Croix Falls.

Memorials are preferred to the donor’s choice.
