Darlene Vivian Tiffany of St. Croix Falls died Feb. 22, 2021, at the Lodge in Taylors Falls, Minn. She was 77.

Darlene was born Dec. 26, 1943, to Chester and Pearl (Wieland) Knigge in Redwood Falls, Minn.

Darlene was an avid lover of making quilts, knitting, wool creations, fine needlepoint and re-purposing antiques. She also enjoyed preparing special meals for special events for her family. Darlene was also involved in many local events in St. Croix Falls, especially the Wannigan Days Parade and the Polk County Fair. She believed in supporting the small local businesses around town, such as the drive-in, the local apple orchards, the Bison place for hay rides and a long-time member of the St. Croix Falls Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary.

Darlene was preceded in death by her parents, Chester and Pearl Knigge and husband, Jim.

Darlene is survived by sons, Mark (Sherry), and Christopher; grandchildren, Lucas (Kristin), Abbigail and Sydney; brothers, Dwayne (Veryl) Knigge, Larry (Ailene) Knigge and Ron Knigge and many other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers memorials preferred to Interfaith Caregivers of Polk County, Animal Human Society or support your local community business.
