Floyd Henry Rasmussen, 95, a long-time resident of rural Dresser, passed away at Golden Age Manor Nursing Home, Saturday, April 14, 2018. Floyd was born January 11, 1923, in Garfield Township, Wisconsin, youngest of two children, to Roy and Ruth (Jerdee) Rasmussen.
